Description
- The project, developed by Grup Tort, proposes the construction of a set of eight semi-detached single-family homes in La Garriga. Each house aims to maximize the available plot area to offer spacious, bright, and functional living spaces.
- The homes are organized in pairs, sharing only one party wall and enjoying three open façades finished with a ventilated façade system. They feature a ground floor and a first floor, with a traditional gable roof that echoes the character of the surrounding neighborhood.
- On the ground floor, the living room, dining area, and kitchen form a single open space that extends towards the garden through large openings, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor flooring. The garage and a guest bathroom are also located on this level.
- Upstairs, three bedrooms are arranged around a generous multipurpose space, illuminated by a custom-designed skylight that brings in natural light throughout the day and transforms the atmosphere as the light changes.
- The result is a collection of homes that combine efficiency, functionality, and comfort, expressed through contemporary architecture harmoniously integrated into its surroundings.
