Description
- The project transforms a former summer house set on a large sloping plot. The renovation and extension aim to adapt it to the family’s current needs, creating a new relationship between the home and the garden.
- The topography is reshaped to form a broad platform surrounding the house, linking the street to the rear swimming pool. A new volume, connected to the original house through a covered porch, redefines the main entrance and creates a sheltered outdoor space that can be enjoyed all year round.
- By playing with split levels, the house blends naturally with the landscape and garden areas, resulting in a more open, functional, and harmonious architecture.
